# Getting Here

We’re located in Toronto’s Fashion District at **477 Richmond St. W, Suite 809**.

## Public transit (TTC)

We’re accessible via several TTC routes:

- **510 Spadina streetcar:** Exit at **Richmond St.** and walk approximately **2 minutes west**.
- **504 King streetcar:** Exit at **Brant St.** and walk approximately **3 minutes north**.
- **501 Queen streetcar:** Exit at **Augusta Ave.** and walk approximately **5 minutes south**.
- **Subway:** **Osgoode Station** is the closest stop. From there, it’s about a **10-minute walk west on Queen Street**.

## Parking

### On-site underground parking (477 Richmond St. W)

For the most convenience, you can use the underground parking garage located directly within our building.

- **Access:** The garage entrance is on **Brant Street** (a **one-way street running northbound**). As you travel up Brant St., look for the **last building on the right**. The entrance is marked by **yellow pillars** and a **downward ramp**. The garage door opens automatically as your vehicle approaches.
- **Hours:** **Weekdays, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM**.
- **Payment:** Use the payment machine across from the attendant booth on the right side. You must enter your **license plate number** to pay. Alternatively, you can pay by mobile at **[tap2park.ca](https://tap2park.ca/)** using **site code 6031**.
- **Building entry:** The garage provides direct elevator access to our suite on the **8th floor**.

### Nearby public parking

If the building garage is full or you’re visiting outside of its operating hours, there are public lots nearby:

- **15 Denison Ave:** Green P lot (about a **2-minute walk**)
- **105 Spadina Ave:** public parking nearby
- **363 Adelaide St. W:** public parking option

## Finding our suite

Once you enter the building at **477 Richmond St. W**, take the elevator to the **8th floor**. We are in **Suite 809**.

## Arrival and forms

- Please check in at our reception desk when you arrive.
- If you arrive early, we have a waiting area available.
- If patient forms were sent to you digitally, we recommend completing them before you arrive. Otherwise, please allow a few extra minutes to complete them on-site before your scheduled exam time.
