## Getting into the clinic

We are at 477 Richmond St. W, Suite 809, Toronto, ON M5V 3E7.

- The clinic floor is reached by elevator.
- If you park in the building’s underground garage, you can take the elevator directly to our floor without returning to street level.
- The building has accessible washrooms on the clinic floor.

Our examination lane is not fully accessible, and an eye exam requires some mobility. Because we are a downtown location and we are space constrained, we may not be able to complete an eye exam for someone who cannot transfer, including some people with quadriplegia. If you have mobility needs, or you are unsure whether the clinic setup will work for you, please call us before your visit. We can discuss your needs, let you know whether we can accommodate them, and plan the appointment with you.

A waiting area is available. We do not currently publish details about accessible seating, the step-free route from the street into the building, or how easily wheelchairs and strollers can move through the clinic and examination area. Please call ahead to discuss those needs.

## Sensory, communication, and other accommodations

We do not currently publish details about reduced lighting, quieter appointment options, accommodations for anxiety or first-time patients, language or interpretation support, or our service-animal policy.
